Do NOT email the webmaster for ordinary support questions! Post on the forum for help. Ordinary support questions emailed to the webmaster will not be answered.

It would be appropriate to email Raulken for legal issues, problems receiving backups, or if Raulken asked to you to email him some information.

First, you MUST post on the forum, since most all questions and concerns can and are handled by the support staff.

Do NOT email Raulken complaints about TOS/abuse violations. Post those on the forum in the Abuse/TOS folder.
