If all you have is the URL, but no content such as web site with at least one page, then there will be nothing to be searched.
If your idea is that is people search on the new .info URL that they will get information about your ForumUp forum, it won't happen.
You could make a webpage at the .info url that serves as an introduction to your forum. Then put a link to go to the ForumUp forum. You could make a "text link", where you only have the word "Forum" show, but it is linked to your ForumUp forum.
To do what you really want to do, you would need to have your forum on your own webspace, as part of your own website. Then it would have a url such as:

Hmmmm. Not sure why it would go to ForumUp.be. That is something I need to ask the Webmaster about.
Maybe you need to give your URL manager the URL of your ForumUp forum as well?
