Admin control panel changed Template->loadfile(): File /var/www/html/forumup.com/templates/tulip/overall_footer.tpl for handle overall_footer is empty
why and how me do ???

As far as I could understand the link that leads to the Admin Panel has disappeared due to the changes in style theme.

If so, you have two options. Change your individual style template back to Subsilver or try getting by typing this in your browser :
