It already is on Google. Type just your forum's name in the Google search box and you will see it listed in the hits. Just put in: philipglenisterforum

The main search engines, such as Google and Yahoo send out bots every so often searching the internet for sites. After they find sites, they index them in their indexes. So no one really has to do anything.

It takes a LONG time and many members and articles to be listed high on Google. I've been open for a little over a year, and if you type "Yorkie Forum" on Google, I finally come up on the first page (5th)! You have to be patient for that to happen, but you are on their automatically. You will see a lot of guests come on your forum. They are bots. Most of them Google bots. They scan your forum for keywords.

My suggestion to you is make a title that has the word forum in it. Like mine is Luv4Yorkies Yorkie Forum. So that people can get to it easier. Also, in the admin panel, you can put in keywords so that people can find it easier.

Good lukc!

ForumUp has nothing to do with what Google or other search engines do.

However, you do need to give it time. When a website is new, Google and other search engines don't know it exists yet. The search engines routinely send out "bots" to search the internet for websites. It takes some time for the search bots to find all the new websites. After they DO find new websites, then if you put the URL to your forum in a search engine window, your forum will come up in the list of hits. It can take a month before a new site is listed. Especially when it hardly has any content. Search engine bots search for content, not mere names of sites.

Please note that the correct url for your forum is

GG, did you go to this site? "File sharing" and "rips"??? That sounds like cracks and TOS violations to me. Confused But I could be wrong!
