I continue to get this odd message in my email. seems to me as though its an email I sent to myself? anyway it says the forum is closed due to inactivity. I'm well aware my forum is not closed however i'm concerned perhaps this has something to do with people signing up on the forums and they are not able to maybe? anyway im confused any help would be greatly appreciated, here is the email if i t helps oh and not all in english either i dont get it. my site is

That is simply a message from the forum email program saying that it could not deliver an email to the account

When it says, " Recipient address
rejected: Account closed due to inactivity. No forwarding information is
available. ", it means that the email account cruscluster@bonbon.net is closed. So it can't deliver the message sent from your forum. Someone signed up for your forum using an email address for an email account that is now closed.

Some people sign up for forums using a fake email address or the wrong email address. When the automatic ForumUp email with the activation link gets sent out, if the email address a person used does not exist or if the email account was closed, then you get that notice letting you know.

Most of the time, it was not a real, interested user signing up. Most of the time it was what is called a "spambot". That is a computer program that signs up for forums using random fake email addresses to sign up for forums for the purpose of being able to fill in a url to some kind of internet site, usually a porn or drug selling site. They do that just hoping to get publicity for their website.

The email account extention "bonbon.net" is used by spambots. They are not real users. Ban that email extention from your forum, using a star in front of it, like this: *@bonbon.net

Just ignore those kind of emails saying a message could not be delivered.
