Good morning. One of my users has had her activation email and used it to activate her account but when she logs in, she cannot get further than the "Who is online" screen - clicking on "Forum Index" simply returns her to the "Who is online" screen.

She has forwarded me her activation email. I have clicked on the activation link and it shows that her account has been activated. I have then logged off as myself and logged on as her and I get the same problem as she does - cannot get beyond the "Who is online" screen. I have tried making her account inactive and clicking submit and then making it active and clicking submit again but the log-on/access problem is still there.

What do I do please?

Solved it myself thank you. With all the to-ing and fro-ing, I hadn't again allowed her access to all the forums.
