hı ı have a problem after my users regıster my forum the actıvation mail has not sent them so they are not actıve
what can ı do to do correct this situation...

If it is a .com forum it should be solved by now, and those who register from now on will get their activation emails in good order.

Here is information about the problem that affected the .com forums:

You can activate the member's account manually. Go to:

Administration Panel >> User Admin >> Management

Type/paste the username in the "box" and click Look up user.

The user's Profile page comes up.

The bottom section of that page is called Special admin-only fields, and the first line is:

User is active [ ] yes [x] no

Change to

User is active [x] yes [ ] no

Click Submit.

The member can now log in and start posting. There is no email sent, you may need to send one and tell the member...
