Check here, but choose admin instead of moderator.

Only registered users can see links on this forum!

PS. Adding a second admin is NOT recommended. They may turn on you and mess up your forum or in turn delete you.

tht don't work. it jus means they can moderate threads. i want em to be able to do evrythin i can do.

Then choose the Site Admin.

In the administration panel,

User Admin>>Permissions>>Type name of wanted admin>>On scroll text bar change from user to admin.

Like BabyFidgette said it is NOT recommended to make a second admin.
