Ok, there are 4 Admin on my forum. One of the admin keeps getting a message saying Invalid Session everytime she tries to post something or do anything on the forum. Why is it only happening to her? and how can i fix it?

Cindy, if everything is working fine for three out of four Admins, and for all members, then the chances are good that the problem is with the fourth Admin...

Tell her to empty her browser cache -- temporary internet files -- and to delete all cookies, and reboot her computer.

Also, if she is using IE, tell her to try with Firefox, and the other way around. There are sometimes problems in the connections and such -- between the user and the forum, so to speak --, and then one browser can prove to work better than another.

If the above doesn't help, you can try to Resync her account.

Go to User Admin >> Resync User Admin and you will find the option:

Resync User, where you can enter her username, and click Resync.

It says that it updates the post count, but it does in fact update/resync a little more than that, so it is worth a try.

Cindy, have you and your members seen any Debug Mode messages recently? Messages similar to this:

Code:
Could not obtain post/user information.

DEBUG MODE

SQL Error : 144 Table './forumdk/moderator_posts_text' is marked as crashed and last (automatic?) repair failed

Or is there (sometimes) such a message with the "invalid session"?

I guess you would have reported it, but I'm just making sure, and trying to pin-point the problem.

Is there anyone of the affected members that have tried another browser (see my post above)?

Before I report this to the Webmaster, please have another go at Resyncing -- all and everything, this time:

When you Resync the forums, one by one, make sure that you let the page refresh properly, before you click the next resync link.

Resync the users with problems first, one by one, and then use the "resync all users" option on top of that.

And once again, it may take a while before the Resync actually takes effect.

------------

If the Admin cannot even log in now, tell her to try this link -- copy and paste into the browser. She will need to log in as usual, and if she gets that far, she will have to enter her password again.

Code:
http://momslikeyou.forumup.org//login.php?redirect=admin

Yes, there are two // between org and login, that's not a typo...

If none of this helps, then there is a chance that the .org Admin can fix it with a special "repair tool". And if that too fails, then we need to report it to the Webmaster.
