Could someone tell me how i give approval of a members account who is under-age? she is listed on the memberlist but says when she tries to sign in it tells her to get approval from the administrator. I or her has received no email about approving it.

I'm pretty sure it means you. You are the admin of the forum, correct?

Tiamaria, if she registered as below 13 years of age, she should have recieved an email like the one below.

When I registered on your forum now, to check that everything is working, I recieved my email as fast as I could open my mailbox.

Tell her to check spam folders and such. And if she registered right now, it may still take some time for the email to arrive. Sometimes up to 24 hours.

Seeing that your forum is some kind of sports club forum, if I understand it correctly, you may have contact with the parents anyway, in which case you could perhaps work out another routine for using this form. As it seems you will need it for more members, I mean.

You can in any case send a copy of this one -- with her username! -- to her email, for her parents to sign.

You cannot add her password, but she'll hopefully remember that.
