The problem seems a bit elusive, as the server is up and running, while the .se domain has "gone missing". This could mean two things; either that the Webmaster is still looking for the source of the problem, to get it fixed. Or that he happened to check the server, rather than each individual domain on it, in which case he may have thought that everything was back to normal, "because the server said so".
So, I have sent another message to the Webmaster now, just in case.
Once again, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, and thanks for your patience.

We would tell you, if we -staff members- had an idea of what was going on. But Raulken, the webmaster, has not replied to our posts (in the staff section) either. So we can't tell you what is going on or when .se will be back online.
I guess all we can do is check .se every now and then to see if it is back online. Sorry.

Things are actually slightly better than that, but there was a delay somwhere in the communication lines. Rush hour on the electronic highway, I reckon...
I just recieved a message from Raulken, that he sent yesterday morning, confirming that he is already working on the problem.
No further details, but I doubt that we would understand them anyway... Though the fact that he is still working on it, suggests that I was close enough to the truth when I thought it to be one of those "odd" and hard to find problems.
Things like these are "not supposed to happen", and every precaution to prevent them from happening has been taken, but they happen nevertheless, once in a while.
Once again, our sincere apologies for the inconveniences, and thanks for your patience.

Oumo just said thankyou for all info, and said he will do his best to keep his hope alive, that .se will come back, even if he is pessimistic at the moment.
I replied that I honestly believe that Raulken will fix it eventually, and that it more seems to be something comparable to that the server has "mislaid" .se, rather than a hard drive crash or similar.

After waiting patiently and letting everyone else ask the questions I took the time to register to ask on my own. The ".se" forums have been very troublesome and down alot lately until they disappeared completely.
I hope both the englishspeaking and the swedishspeaking staff realise how important this issue is to handle. My forum

has been down at least 2 whole days every single week for a long time and the reason I first started using forumup for my clanmembers in one of the many games I had interest in was actually that it used to be "stable".
I underline the fact once again that this is a very important issue (once again not only to get the forums back up, but to make them stable like they used to be). I'm sorry for sounding heartless, but I got just about 200 men and women emailing me every single day about that they can't access the forum, so for sounding mad like I have I appologize, but please sort this issue as soon as possible. And don't forget to look at the fact that at least the ".se" forumup hasn't been stable for the last 2-3 months.

All of the staff realize how important an issue it is. However, the staff can do nothing as we are not involved with the server. Only our Webmaster Raulken can handle server problems.
The Webmaster knows about the problem and is working to fix it.
We are so very sorry that there is a problem.
A suggestion you may wish to use is to make a second forum on one of the other ForumUp domains, such as .com, to use in the meantime. If you have email addresses of your members, you could email them with the new forum's URL. The second forum could just be a "backup" forum to use to communicate with members until the .se forum is back online.
Again, our most sincere apologies that there is a problem with the .se domain.

Thank you for the answer!
It is not a alternative to make a second forum. We are over 900 members at Uomo!
I hope we are going to see our forum again some day..
