Copy the script to a notepad / .txt file, edit it if you need, and then save it to your computer as a .js file. Quite simply add .js to the name, chose "all file types" and save it.

Then upload it to a site that allows .js files, like uploadway.com, (open a free account to make sure that the file stays there), get the direct link to the file, and put that link into the link code provided by Ibrahim.

Make sure that the link code is in one single line,

Code:
like this

and not

Code:
like
this

and copy and paste it into the site description, on the Configuration page.

Is this what you mean by what Ibrahim was talking about?

After that, take the URL of the code and put it in this code
Code:
<script src =HERE></script>

Finally, put
Code:
<script src =SCRIPT URL></script>
into your site description.

So the first one I would put the link I get and the second?

Your code has a missing part.

Your code:
Code:
<center><div style="position: relative; top:26px;"><a href="http://meezbackup.forumup.com/viewtopic.php?t=553&mforum=meezbackup" class="mainmenu"><img src="http://img234.imageshack.us/img234/7047/homeap1.gif" alt="" title="Contests" border="0" height="13" hspace="3" width="12"> Contests </a>

Here is the whole code:
Code:
document.write('<center><div style="position: relative; top:26px;"><a href="http://staff.forumup.com/viewtopic.php?t=4669&mforum=staff" class="mainmenu"><img src="http://img234.imageshack.us/img234/7047/homeap1.gif" alt="" title="TOS" border="0" height="13" hspace="3" width="12"> TOS </a>&nbsp; &nbsp;');

Missing part:

Code:
&nbsp; &nbsp;');

No, you cannot steal images from another website! You must get permission from the website. Or, make your own images.
