I've just started my first forum,as of yesterday.
I would appreciate any feedback I could get.I know I still have lots of work ahead, but am looking forward to it.
I am aware in need a few more discriptions in areas. The forum is based on Carp Angling primarily. But also includes other fish species, as well as hunting in the future.
I thank Everyone in advance.

It would be nice if you added a open/general discussion forum.

Why would you have a request for strangers to become moderators? That is a bad idea. Plus, you don't need any moderators now since you have no posts or members! Wait until you get some active members, then after carefully considering what they post, invite only those people you feel would be good moderators. You would only want moderators who actually know about fish. You also want to know how old a person is before making them a moderator, othewise you could wind up with a child playing "big shot".

I also agree your logo would be better if it were smaller.

You have a spelling error for the word "Member".

Annoying as it is,it's something that's a habbit. However it does catch attention which was my intent. No harm was meant so I'll try to keep an eye on it.
