I have just logged onto the admin section of my forum Only registered users can see links on this forum!
Register or Login on forum! |
and notice that there is a new version phpBB 2.0.23. available.
Are there a set of step by step instructions for updating to the new version?

You cannot make upgrades on your own.
All forums are upgraded at the same time, whenever our webmaster decides.
For now, please ignore the message.

This does come up frequently, and changes back to that you are up to date. Like Alvas said, only the webmaster, Raulken can update the forum.

Version Information
Your installation does not seem to be up to date. Updates are available for your version of phpBB, please visit Only registered users can see links on this forum!
Register or Login on forum! |
to obtain the latest version.
The latest available version is phpBB 2.0.23. You are running phpBB 2.0.22.
For the latest information on updates to phpBB, why not subscribe to our mailing list.
When I go to Only registered users can see links on this forum!

and click on Download phpBB 2.0.23 I get redirected to this site ...

Actually I did read all of your post but since the numbers didn't match and since the post was NOT a current one I couldn't help but assume that the two were not connected - hence my post! |

It's the same situtation. Anyway, our Webmaster just made an announcement in the Announcments folder that he is working on updating the forums.
