Thanks, Raulken, so the work around for this is not so straight forward as I thought.

Nevermind, we can cope with the page coming up in Italian Very Happy

Thank you for your personal response.

I had a member use the link.

She paid about 14 hours ago and the ads are still there.

Please please please tell me her paypal transaction isn't floating around cyberspace somewhere.

Has anybody else used this code?

It's been used on our forum and it seems to work just fine. I can see in the admin panel that the number of ad free clicks has increased Very Happy

That is a good thing to hear!

@Edward: Still have your member post or you post the e-mail that confirms her purchase. (Try not to post her e-mail.)

(Sorry I did not get back to you sooner)

The member said she got the initial confirmation screen when she paid, but has not yet received the email confirmation that the transaction has been completed.

I have not heard anything else from this member in a few days, so apparently she's not too worried about it just yet.

I was informed that without the e-mail there is no way for us to know if she really did pay for it.

Tell her to look in her spam folder of her email account in case the email from Paypal got filtered there.

Without proof of payment, we cannot say that the new workaround is not working.

It did for one person, named pistachio, as posted in this thread.

As for the person who told her admin she did pay, but did not receive the PayPal confirmation, that person needs to contact PayPal to get a confirmation, or check her email spam folder.

It seems that the system works. The new code does take one to the correct PayPal page to pay for no ads.
