^ It is possible that it is not there in a template, so lets wait till we've seen the users forum before saying that.

It is probably a mistake/error in the template.

Well, it's ok now as long as I know what the problem is - if someone wants to register should open it with the Internet Explorer. Thanx for the quick reply.

The images for the template don't exist, at least the Bulgarian language version ones don't.

e.g. the register button image is missing:

The English language version of the images presumably exist.

Why the Firefox problem?

With Internet Explorer, the "alt" text strings are shown when the image is missing. You can also see the little box with the cross instead of the missing image.

Firefox doesn't recognise the "alt" string for images and uses "title" instead.

So to get the text string, this code ...

Quote:
<img src="templates/darkages/images/lang_bulgarian/register.gif" border="0" alt="Регистрирайте се" hspace="0" vspace="22" />

would need to be changed to

Quote:
<img src="templates/darkages/images/lang_bulgarian/register.gif" border="0" title="Регистрирайте се" alt="Регистрирайте се" hspace="0" vspace="22" />

Actually the images do exist, e.g.

For some reason they are in the root images/ directory, not in images/lang_bulgarian

You could also make a link to register and login and put it in the first forum description. That is what I would do, since people using Firefox will more likely just leave.

One of my friends has just tried to register on my forum, but there is no confirm button at the bottom of the page.

How do new people register?

Linda
