I searched and tried to change permissions to public (for example Introductions) but it's still requiring a log in to post.

I want to make some of my sub forums public so non registered users can post and see links.

Only registered users can see links on this forum! Register or Login on forum!

The 'posting for guests' is only for forums that have bought ads-free.

(It is not done as an extra for the ads-free buyers, but as a lot of forum owners leave their forum (after setting it up) and then spammers "take over" with their sex/drugs etc posts. Beside that, those spammers are terribly annoying as you'll have to delete lots and lots of messages a day. )
