Please, post your forum URL instead of your email address. We cannot do anything without knowing which forum is yours. Make sure to read the thread called Information about BackUps in the FAQ folder. Here's the link:

Oh, hello James. You did say that after did the owner email change, the change is showing up in the admin panel? See:

Have you checked your spam folder for the email from ForumUp? Often the emails from ForumUp wind up in spam folders.

What do you mean you successfully got a backup a long time ago, if you were not the forum owner then? How long ago are you talking?

Read the FAQ about backups again and follow the instructions exactly.

Be sure your profile is set to receive emails from ForumUp.

To check if you get any emails from ForumUp, have Wildcardz send you a pm through your forum, and then see if you get the email notification.

I use Yahoo.com. I would think Yahoo.uk would deliver all emails as Yahoo.com does.

If you want to test it right now, sign up on your forum with another name, and another email address. Then use that user name to send your james2315 user name a PM through your forum. Then see if you get the email notification to your Yahoo.uk email account.

I registered a new account with my yahoo email address, and it did not work.

How will i receive my backup! I really need it asap, and I spent even more money on ad removal, so i could...

I havent received any forumup emails, except the ones, saying "download backup, click this link"

I havent received any backups, or an activiation email for the test account..

Please can you send me the backup as an attachment on a post, or to another email address?

Well, so did you do that?

You must have patience now. Read the instruction again, right now. Don't think that because you read them once a long time ago, you remember all the steps.

Do EXACTLY what the instructions say, in the FAQ folder.

What exactly happened after you clicked on the link in the email?

What happened at this step:

After clicking on the link you will see: >> . Make another click, and continue.

Oh, I didn't know the webmaster had that happen, instead of the procedure listed in the FAQ. You should have said that to begin with, then I wouldn't have sent you off to study the FAQ about backups! Laughing

Well, he is on vacation until September. Sorry.
