If you send an email to the address on my forum I wont be able to read it as its unavailable, and I have a new email address that I need to update my account with. The email in my account doesnt exist, please dont email me there.

Please put the url of your forum in your signature, so it will show in every posts, as per regulations.

Yes it is my forum, and you need to replace the old email with my new one. I dont have access to the old one anymore.
