Dear Forumup team,

The last time I requested a backup was two months ago and the service wasn't satisfying at all. This time I was hoping for a better service and in addition to that I would like to move my up to date database and not an old one. Please respond to my request for a backup as soon as possible.

Dimitris

Dimmihel, the Webmaster said that there can be just one request for each user.
But the Webmaster also said that he would agree to send you another backup but only after six months since your last request.

goganga,

I am really unsatisfied with your service. I do not wish a refund however I demand my up to date backup. I am not willing to compound with a 6 month delay for my already paid service.

This sentence 'You cannot request a refund for the failure of a Backup because you experience extended delays, errors, or other problems' from this post

does NOT mean that I am eligible for one backup every 6 months.

I am very sorry but I will have to legitimately claim my paid service otherwise

I am looking forward to your final answer

Yours sincerely
Dimitris

Dear gg'ssimon,

I have written an email to the webmaster of forum up but unfortunately I haven't received an answer yet. I am totally aware of the work load that a webmaster can have but don't we all have such a busy schedule?

I have invested money and time in my forum and I am expecting your company to respect that and provide the backup service that is advertised, otherwise I have no other choice than report you to the authorities for scam.

A very disappointed customer

There is no scam. There is no "backup service" advertised in and of itself.

You are actually paying for a lot of no ads. It is not a backup in and of itself that you are paying for. Backups are a feature of having paid for a lot of no ads.

I am sorry the Webmaster did not yet reply to your email.

I will bring this thread to the Webmaster's attention.
