one of my members has a problem logging in, she has tried requesting a new password, her account is activated she has the always log me in ticked but cannot access the forum, is there a way i can get her back in please my forum is our refuge

Ask her by PM for her password and you try logging as her.

And/or tell her to clear her internet cache.

Tell her to type in the password, not use the automated filled in feature.
