Hello,

My forum's content and members got deleted. Can it be restored?Does forumup keep a backup files with the content?

I need to have it restored if that is possible.

Before your forum went, you can back it up your self, in the admin panel, are you the admin of that forum?

No, I'm sorry to say once all your information is deleted it is gone for good. It is your responsibility to make sure your information stays safe and you keep backups.

Once a forum is deleted, it is not possible to get it restored. If there are no posts for 21 days, forums are auto deleted.

Lachie and Killerbee, the only way to get a backup is to pay for a lot of no advertisement page views, which would than allow for a backup. That would only work before a forum was deleted of course. Having a backup cannot be used to restore a forum onto ForumUp, anyway. People cannot upload anything to the server.
