Is it possible to either:
Manually activated somebodys acount
or
Send the activation email again?
How?

Hello Ed. Yes you can manually activate a member. Go to the Admin Panel>User Admin>management. Type in the user name, submit. Then on that user's profile page, go to the bottom and select to activate the member.

First, though, tell the member to check their spam/junk/bulk folder as the ForumUp mail often winds up in there.

Also, to learn more about problems with members not getting the confirmation email, read
