how do you do a HTML code on my forum

yes i have it turned on in the admin panel under Configuration and

yes i have it turned on in my profile

In the Admin panel>Forum Admin>Management, in the forum description boxes, you just use it.

In posts, HTML only shows up for registered users who have set their profile to see HTML. So it is not best to use HTML in posts.

Also, you would need to add certain HTML tags on the Configuration page.
