If you want to have the advertisements removed from your ForumUp Forum, you have to pay 10 Euros. 10 Euros is approximately US$13.00.

You have to use Paypal. To pay, go to the Admin Panel>General Admin>Forumup. Then click on the Paypal button.

Different ForumUp domains have a different amount of page views with no ads per 10 Euros.

Note that page views is every time the forum page changes, such as for reading several different threads, or making several posts. It is not once per visitor. One person can use, for example, 15 pageviews per visit.

Depending on how many members your forum has and how active it is, views will only last for a certain amount of time. When your ad-free-counter (visible in your Admin Control Panel) reaches zero, the advertisements will reappear. Of course, you have the possibility to buy another 150,000 views at any time. They will be added to your views previously bought.

Domain special starting June 21, 2008: The Webmaster is removing ads on .de, .co.uk, .fr and .in.

If you buy remove ads, you can set "remove ads" for registered users only. This way you will not lose any of your ads-free hits to search engine bots or unregistered users visiting your forum.

To access this feature, go to Admin panel>General Admin>ForumUp. Scroll down until you see the section called "Remove ads for registered users ONLY." Then press the button next to that.


In addition, when you have no ads showing on your forum, you get access to the Header space at the top of the forum pages to add messages, such as is on this forum at the top. You can use HTML in this area. But, once you run out of "no ads" views, the Header section will be replaced again with advertisements.
