Rules for Abuse and TOS Violations reports

First, check our Terms of Service to note what is a violation of ForumUp's Terms of Service.

When reporting Abuse or TOS violations please include in your post:

- URL of the forum your are reporting.
- Reasons why you are reporting it (e.g. illegal downloads, warez content, porn in public, etc.).
- Give valid link examples to violations . Please provide at least 2 links of evidence. You do not need to post more than 10.*
*On cases of child/teen porn and unhidden adult porn forums, do not post links in the public thread. Make your report and then wait for a staff member to reply and tell you to whom to send the supporting links of evidence.

If you are not reporting any abuse / TOS violations or giving any supporting evidence, then please stay out of the topic. There is no need to post things such as, "I agree, this forum should be banned." Staff will investigate and take the necessary action. This abuse section is not for general public discussion!

For allegations of defamation or libel, please use legal means of redress. Note that when the real life name of a person has not been used, the law may not consider it libel or defamation, especially if no actual damage (in the legal definition) has occurred.

Childish name calling is not a justifiable TOS violation complaint.

For any and all complaints about what is in a private section of a forum, contact the appropriate legal body. The staff can do nothing about content in private sections. When our Webmaster receives communications from a valid legal body, he will then take necessary action.
