Why do we ask for your URL ?

Arrow We feel it is only fair that we utilise our time and knowledge to help you, rather than someone without a ForumUp forum. Your Forum URL is your ForumUp credential for priority support.

Arrow Our Staff have experience with many varied forum setups, and problem scenerios. Being able to view your Forum, allows us to provide a solution for you in a much shorter timeframe.

Arrow Some solutions are URL oriented. We can provide you with very accurate detail, that you only need to Copy & Paste. Otherwise you must wrestle with a generic solution in order to tailor it to your Forum.

Idea We recommend you place your ForumUp URL in the Signature of your User Profile. This ensures it is always available, and imagine recieving your solution, after just one post !

Suggested URL format: (Our support site used as an example)
Code:
http://staff.forumup.com/
