How do I make another user an Administrator?

Goto Admin Panel.
Scroll right down to Permissions, select that.
Input the User name.

In the Upper left corner is the User/Admin select.

Press Submit.


Be very careful when assigning an Admin. They can cause a lot of damage if they decide they don't get along with you.

Acutally, i'm getting some problems. I might have chosen the wrong permissions tab.

I got it to work

even though I have done as discribled to change member to administration her rank has not changed. Would like some help with this please

Admin Panel > User Management

Look up user.

Scroll down to the bottom and under "special admin panel" you will see where to apply the rank to this user. Select the required rank and click submit.
