Those of us who have had problems on Utopia all live in the UK - Portsmouth, Nottingham and (I think) London.

for some reason, most threads will "cut off" for me after about 11 posts per page.

i know our mods have been in contact with raulken about this, but the problem has been persisting for the last two weeks for seemingly no reason, and with seemingly no solution.

More than 11-12 posts, and the threads are "cut short".

When I click "latest post" I get a seemingly random "bottom" part of the part of the thread that I could access, but it does not include the actual last post of the thread.

And I am in northern Europe. So it is certainly not a local problem.
It happened to me as a guest, so it is not Admin or Member related.

Then I deactivated my Norton Security, as someone suggested, and every page I tried loaded perfectly, all the way to the bottom. But that's not the actual problem...

------------------------------

Now, a question to the Admin's with these forums and problems:

Have you tried changing Posts Per Page to 10, or even less if needed?!

It is not "the" solution, but if it works, it is a way around the problem.

It is a minor inconvenciene to have to "turn the page" more often, compared to to not being able to read the bottom posts of certain threads.

Just a suggestion...

FoxLeonard

Hello, I am the admin for mets.forumup.us

FoxLeonard, thank you for the tip about changing the topics per page. This has fixed the problem with threads being cut off.

However, it has not fixed the margin problem, or the slowness of pages loading - sometimes to an all together halt. It also doesn't solve the problem with forums not loading at all while using IE. This problem is only effecting some people, which is why I assume it is taking so long to fix. Either way, it NEEDS to be taken care of soon.

I have been in dialogue with Raulken on this problem, though I haven't gotten a response in a few days.
