i just added in my forum a new rank of "founder" ...

but the problem now ... is that member have the user's capabilities ... he can't edit or delete any post ... although i want him to have the minimum capabilities of a moderator .. without him becoming one ...

He can't have Mod. capabilities without actually being one.

In the admin panel go to group admin. Make this "founder" a group. Then go to the permissions and only allow the founder the edit/delete the forums you wish him/her to edit/delete.
