Oh yes, yours is a .com forum correct?
Well we're going to try changing your owner email okay? I suggest a yahoo email, as they usually get the emails okay. We hope that this will enable you to get the email on time (and actually get the email), so you are able to obtain a backup within the 24 hour time frame.
You can PM me the following details:
Forum URL:
Owner Email Now:
New Owner Email:
You can find what the owner email is in the ForumUp section of the admin panel, please do double check this before you send me the details. _________________

Hi,
Thanks for your help, I got a conformation message to the yahoo email account so I think my owner email has been changed, although my admin email is still the same
So should I pay again to top up my add free page views and try to get a backup again, should it now work being a yahoo account?
I am happy to try again, but just concerned that I will be paying more for no backup!
Pleasw advise me, or give the ok to try again!

I already replied to you via PM, but we hope this should work so do try.
The email address we are have changed is NOT the one in your profile, it's the owner email address which is the one you set up the forum with, which can be found under "ForumUp" in the admin panel. _________________

I go to the admin panel, then backup database, then request backup or something like that, and then wait for the email.
Get the email, click on the >>, login (twice), and it brings me to the main admin panel page.
I go back to the email, click the link, and it brings me to the "request a backup" page again, where it then says I can't request another email because it hasn't been 24 hours, but I don't WANT to request another one, I thought I was supposed to be looking for something to download.
I have read everything I have found on backups, but if there is another link or if you can offer any advice that would be much appreciated!
Thank you!

learning4ever, I've already told you by PM (could you please just post here? It's much easier than answering the same question twice).
I have told Raulken, as far as I know it's not resolved yet. As of yet, I don't know how long it will take but as soon as I or other staff know, we'll let you know. _________________

It's okay... it just gets confusing when writing the same thing two different places. _________________
