I would like to take this opportunity to introduce my forum to the English speaking people all over the world who are connected to forumup.

If you are interested in the meaning and purpose of your life, if you are a parent, an educator, a teenager or someone who cares about your purpose in life, your relationships, if you are searching for happiness, meaning in everyday living, then I believe this forum has a lot to offer.

You will find a variety of subjects, ranging from self-knowledge articles, famous quotes, special education/learning difficulties, spiritual discussions and much more.

If you have a child who is dyslexic or has AD(H)D, or if you yourself have found out that you have a difference, a specialty that you would like to share or seek information on, then you are more than welcome to join us.

With a first glance, it might seem that this forum does not have an identity. It might seem that it deals with a whole lot of different subjects. If you choose to take a closer look and broaden your horizon, you’ll discover that it “sees the whole picture” rather than dealing with the parts (one subject). We are mind, body and soul. How can you separate the one from the other? Our feelings are important just as our body is the temple of our soul, just as our thoughts create our reality.

Yes, it is not a “specialized” forum but then again, I feel we have created a very specialized and ego-centric world, which in the long run has not made us happier, more content or more compassionate.

You may also find that the forum is too Greek with not many English articles and discussions. I’m hoping that together we can change that in the near future, with more of you joining in. Not merely as invisible members but as enthusiastic and willing participants.

I believe that it is crucial (especially in our present times) that we realize that we are all one big family, inter-dependant and connected to one another on an energy level.
