i was wondering if it was possible to have a second forum with forumup, i have only already and am very happy with it, i have another one which i am having problems with and as the members are unhappy i am looking at creating another one for them so is it possible to have another one with forumup as i know that if i have a problem it is addressed promptly and efficiently

Yes, if you just want it on the same domain as your first forum, you'll have to use a new/other emailaddress.

If you want it on another domain, you can use the same email.
