If I use the subSilverCSS how can I change it but see the changes to my forum or a page as I edit it. Also how can I get it?

Sorry for making a triple post but I can't see the edit button. But is there anyway I can change the sizes of the table and the layout etc, using by editing the .css.

You can't change the layout by editing the .css.

You can't. You would have to apply the changed css and then see if your forum looks as you wish. Then keep doing that until it is as you wish.
