Hi Guys,

The indicator highlighting 'new posts' doesn't switch off after I've opened a thread and still shows that a thread is unread, even after I've posted.

The last time this happened, the forum was down for a few days as it seemed to indicate that bigger problems were looming.

Did you press 'back' (Backspace key otherwise)? If so, there are chances for the forum to mark it unread.

You can try refreshing the page to see if problem still exists.

The problem seems to have rectified itself.

No-one was complaining, but I thought I'd post the problem here before the forum went into melt down like last time - at that time half the forums on forumup went kerbluey.

I'll let you know if it happens again. Thanks for your suggestions. Smile
