I first created my site three months ago and was really impressed with how easy it was to set up...took seconds to register to have the forum created and the admin panel is really easy to get to grips with...anything i wasnt sure of the support forum for forumup had all the answers, with easy step by step instructions. About a month into having my site i chose to move to a new server, but the very first day i had horrendous problems and the support forum was no help what so ever...they had very limited theme selection and smiles also, so if you wanted more you had to request and that took forever...so two weeks later i moved back with forumup and have even created a second site with them.
I have looked at other hosts and none are as easy to work with and as helpful with support as forumup. Depsite the fact that on rare occasion problems may arise as i am sure they do with all hosts, i would not consider moving my site again.
A huge thank you to forumup for enabling me to set up such a great forum that many mums come to for advice and support...and just for some adult communication!
