~ thank to everyone at ForumUp.
I have a soft spot for David Boreanaz and since he is on the new hit Drama "Bones" I had the need to make a site for him and his leading lady.
As you can tell by my little pic over to your left. lol
I have received nothing but positive feedback for the site. (thus far)
Thank you for making it so easy to make. This was my first attempt (and honestly I didn't think I could do it) As you can see I did. If you have time take a looksie

I don't believe that is a ForumUp forum.

I agree with gg'ssimon. The name usually ends with .forumup.***

It is semperance.forumup.us.

Those little buttons at the bottom of a post do actually have functionality...the 'www' button, in particular (watch the Status bar).

No kidding! Rolling Eyes Those little buttons at the bottom don't have much functionality if at the times one clicks on them, one gets to a page saying:

Code:
Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) in /var/www/html/forumup.us/config/multiforums.functions.inc.php on line 40

Besides, not everyone lists their forum in their profile as their website. Some people list their actual website, that is not their forum.

Unabella, now that the server is working again, I can see your forum. And yes, now I can see that it is a ForumUp forum. Nice job!

~ so sorry to confuse everyone. I have the forum link redirected for easier access via search engines. ~ If that is not allowed please someone tell me. Also, didn't realize that having this listed as my website in my profile was not "the" thing to do. geeesh.

thanks for the lovely warm welcome. I will edit it now.

You misunderstand. Having your forum listed as you website in your profile IS the "thing" to do.

The other person was saying if I clicked on the www button in your post I would see a ForumUp forum URL to then know that what you posted in your post was a ForumUp forum. But as I said to him, some people don't put their forum in their profile www spot, so maybe that was not the same thing you had in your post. It turns out is was, however, but I couldn't know that at the time since your site was down.

Oh Laughing okay!
All I was reading was on person saying I did this wrong and another saying this was wrong.
Being that this is my first time at doing anything like this I honestly got my feeling hurt. Crying or Very sad
Now I feel a bit Embarassed for taking it the wrong way.
Thanks for clearing it up.

I'm sorry for all the confusion.

I don't know about how to redirect websites.
