I want to make a member as an administrator but I am afraid that he will cancel my account is it possible??? can he delete me and take commands?

Yes they can.
Anyone with you make an admin can do EVERYTHING you can do as an admin.

We suggest that you make people Moderators, not Administrators for this reason.

It is not often that a forum needs to have more than one person with access to the admin panel. If you want one member to have higher authority regarding decisions made about your forum than those you call "moderator" on your forum, you can make up a rank name of whatever you want, such as "Head Moderator", or "Admin Assistant". And then in a post on your forum explain what that person is in charge of.
