FIRST STEP: confirm email owner (U can try only 1 times a day for security reason!)

1) before all login into admin panel

2) U must be the owner and your email owner must be active because server send a special link (remeber login into admin panel before click)

3) after click on link U see: >> another click and continue

II STEP: download backup (try to use a speed internet connection for big database, but NOT USE internet accelerator for download like getright etc)

1) select "Full backup"
2) Gzip compress file to YES
3) press START BACKUP and WAIT, not other click (Your download will start shortly; please wait until it begins.)
4) simple download, not use accelerator or you block download and will be banned!!!


III STEP open the file:
1) phpbb_db_backup.sql.gz use winrar -> phpbb_db_backup.sql
2) rename phpbb_db_backup.sql to phpbb_db_backup.sql.tar
3) use anothet time winrar and extract phpbb_db_backup.sql

NOW U HAVE FINISH with forumup but start a new big problmes:
IMPORT INTO YOUR MYSQL
(an advanced user can import into any type of database, staff forumup not support this help but U can anyway open a topic here)

when i click on the pay in the Admin panel, it show the pay pal page. should i put the quantity to 5 or i have to pay one by one for 5 time to reach 770,000 views
