Hi. This is the qmail-send program at forumup.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

You'll have to ask the members to remove the block on forumup e-mails (add e-mails from forumup to their allow list). Forumup don't control what the e-mail providers block.

What email domains are being referred to? Don't give the full email address, just the part after @.

But as Silvershark said, ForumUp can't control what various email providers decide to block. The customors of those accounts need to contact the providers to tell them the mail from ForumUp is WANTED and not spam.

^ I think we have a user on NL support with the same problem - or well, 1 of her users has it and she receives those emails.

The e-mail of that user ends with @wp.pl.

I've gotten that too, and what I think it is is when spambots sign up with FAKE email addresses. Then when forumup tries to send them an email, it pops back to the email that you used to open your forum with. At least that's what I think it is b/c the MailerDaemon emails coming to me are not in English.

The member on the NL forum is actually a real user from Poland. She receives the error message on her admin email when the user got a 'New private message' e-mail etc, that couldn't be delivered.

But well, if that active user changes her email to a free yahoo/hotmail one, it should be able to deliver the email so the admin won't receive them any longer.

Or turn off her "Receive email on new PM" function in her profile.

* That's what we told the admin to do anyway.
