By messages? Do you mean mass emails?
Sometimes they got lost in peoples spam/junk mail folders.
There have been some delays recently (usually a few hours).
Otherwise there are some ISP's that don't seem to let emails from ForumUp through.
So one or a few of these maybe the problem. Just because you didn't recieve it though doesn't mean your members haven't. _________________

Try this:
Make a free email account on Yahoo.com.
Sign yourself up as a new member on your own forum with a new user name to use to test things. Don't make your test user an Admin or moderator.
Send another mass email. See if your new test user name gets it on Yahoo.com. Be sure to check the spam/bulk folder in the email account. _________________ Margaret /gg'ssimon~ForumUp World-Wide Administrator

Thanks . The problem is solved now. But It wasn't concerning Yahoo or my ISP. The forumup service had some problems which lasted for 2 consecutive months, and now it is ok. However, from time to time, mass E-mails don't work again.
Thanks for the great free service , and your helpful support. _________________

Yes, it turned out that ForumUp had some problems with mass emails, but it it fixed now.
Still, some people think they didn't get the email, but it really went into their spam folder.
(P.S. My email account thinks my notice of my phone bill is spam. I pay online so get a monthly email notice.) _________________ Margaret /gg'ssimon~ForumUp World-Wide Administrator
