I have tried and tried but seem unable to upload my logo/banner, i have followed the instructions but cant get it to work for some reason.

Do you want to use the image as logo or as a banner? There is a difference.

If you want to use it as a banner put this in site description

If you want to use it as a logo read the Guide in the FAQ section.
I will give you a link in a minute. But use the URL I just gave you.

now it says the Url at the top where the image should be

i did that but not even a URL comes up now. i must be doing soemthing wrong. Sad

Now, I can see it. You should do two.
Maybe the fact that it is smaller than the add makes it hardly noticeable.

Click on the image to make it bigger.
