Hi Fortran, please post the URL to your Forum when you ask for support.

Put it in your signature, as I have done, and it will be there with every question.

I just realized that you have it as your website, but please put a link in your signature as well.

Fortran, if the member gets the moderator colour in the who is online box, then you must have made him a moderator.

Go through all the steps again, and see where you went wrong.

Go to User Admin >> Management

Type in the members name, klick Look up user

The member's Profile page comes up.

Go down to Special admin-only fields >> Rank Title

On the drop down menu next to Rank Title, you can see what rank you have assigned to the member.

By changing that menu, you can give the member a rank, and then click Submit, at the bottom of the page.
