There are a lot of different styles that I really like. Unfortunately, they are all in a foreign language. Is there any way that I, or someone else, can change them into English please? thanks.

Please include the URL of your forum in all your posts. If you put it in your signature section, it will always be there.

No, you can't change templates into another language. Neither does ForumUp remake templates.

But, you can make certain changes using scripts if you are a more advanced user. We have information about that in our FAQ section.
