I have a member who can't sign in. I've checked His Profile but not wrong there even reset his password. I've had him reregister, and he still can't sign in. Think is on his end but not sure what at his end is causing problem. Is there some thing I maybe over looking. I can sign him in at my end. jsgoldny

You can tell this member to clear his cookies. That should work.

If clearing the cookies doesn't fix the problem, tell the member to check the settings for allowing cookies. It happens that settings change because of automatic updates and such.

Are you sure he is an active member? In the admin panel to management, go to his name and scroll all the way to the bottom. Make sure the button User is active is clicked to YES.

He is a active member. That was the first thing I check. I think since he just went from IE to Mozilla firefox may also be part of his problem too. jsgoldny
