my friends new site wont let me be an extra adimin. we want t both be adimins so that I dont have to go on her profile to adjust the site. any help would be appreciated. her site link is :

Your friend has to make you an admin in the administration panel. Check out my FAQs in my siggy.

Rev, are trying to say that your friend tried to make you an Admin, in the correct way, and it didn't work?

For some reason I believe that she only changed the Rank in your Profile, but not your Permissions.

Administration Panel >> User Admin >> Permissions

Type/paste the username in the "box" and click Look up User.

A page called User Permissions Control, with the user's name, opens.

On that page it says

User Level : [ User ]

Change the drop down menu to [ Administrator ]

Go down to the bottom of the page and click Submit.

Tell your friend to try that, and if it still doesn't work, then she needs to report the problem, as she is the Admin of the forum...
