Longman, if you mean how to "switch out" the center piece between the logos, then I'm afraid that you cannot do that. It is not an image, but something else in the template.

There are however several templates that have a "banner" logo, -- one image across the whole forum --, or where you can change all the images it is made from.

On an important sidenote, about your topic title:

Please don't mark a topic "urgent" unless it actually is about an urgent problem.
