You can only do a simple redirect. Your forum is on ForumUp's server, not on the server where your domain is, so all you can do is direct your own domain URL to point to that of your ForumUp forum.

Why not use your own domain to have webpage as the introduction page to your forum? Then put the link to get to the forum. And on your forum, put the link back to the "introduction" page.

Can you explain why it says this and what I should do with your IP address? what service is there that i can pay for?

It's necessary to buy DNS Service (eg. on EuroDNS) and redirect it to our IP:
67.15.203.2
(If You use a simple redirect You not pay ForumUp)

That means you buy your own domain (which you already did). Then you tell the people who run your domain to direct to ForumUp's IP address. Ask the people you bought the domain name from how to go about doing the simple redirect to your ForumUp forum.

The last part is just saying that you don't have to pay ForumUp any money if you do that simple redirect procedure.

I don't know about any service you would pay for in regards to directing your domain or your forum.

If you want a forum on your own server, then you need to load a forum program on your own server webspace. You would need to pay for webspace from a provider.
