I can't seem to find an answer for this one.
At the top of the page, how can I change it so I can have
a picture that represents my webpage? A logo, if you will?

I've tried, but I can't do it.

It's a general rule on ForumUp's support forums, but in this case it is more than that, as I cannot give you much help without knowing what template you are using.
