First of all if this is the wrong section please move it.
Ok heres what i want to do.
I know i can select a a userbar to appear under my username
Like "Administrator" from the "Add new Rank"
and then i can choose a custom bar from what it have there and use it
but what if i want to put my own custom userbar (one i made or something etc.
And if i can do that should i upload the image in a hosting site
and basicaly how do i add my own userbar.

First you upload the rank image you made to a site that will host images. Then in the "Ranks" section in the admin panel, next to where it says, "Rank Image (Relative to phpBB2 root path):" you just put the full, complete, URL to the image where ever it is hosted.
